Indio Superior Court
Defendant Case Information

Criminal courts have jurisdiction over infraction, misdemeanor and felony cases. The Indio Superior Court conducts arraignments, criminal readiness, preliminary hearings, trials, motions, sentencing, probation hearings, and mental health proceedings. Please be advised that we are not attorneys and are not qualified to discuss the specifics of your case that do not deal with your bail.

We are pleased to offer a 20% discount on the premium to clients who have retained the services of an attorney prior to arranging bail. This discount is only available with proof of representation of a private attorney and must be disclosed prior to the posting of a bail. By law we are not able to recommend a specific attorney as it is considered to be a conflict of interest.

If you currently have a Indio Superior Court bench warrant issued we can help you surrender yourself and be ready to bail out immediately after your arrest. Many times we can post the bail directly in court without even being detained. If you are unsure if you have a warrant issued call us and we will investigate it for you.

Please call us immediately if you are under bond with us and are unsure of the time, date or place of your court hearing. We will be happy to answer any questions you have.
